
Jason Michalski
President
Passion with purpose. Jason Michalski has experienced many worldwide crisis first hand. At just 27 years old, he has travelled 3rd world countries, working tirelessly for human rights in Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa, directly with orphanages and humanitarian aid. In the United States, Mr. Michalski has joined relief efforts in both hurricane Katrina and New York’s “Ground Zero” restoration aid.
With a family background of immigrant parents who have dedicated their lives to humanitarian issues, Jason has already witnessed and helped on major volunteer fronts, which now translates to his most challenging initiative to date. Armed with superior communication skills, a background in organizing and managing throngs of volunteers to thwart troubled youth, he is prepared to mount a new campaign unparallel in private and public sector partnerships.
As president of the Future Generation Project (FGP), Michalski is marshaling an organization of community and industry support for one of the country’s most sensitive future issues – childhood obesity. This highly charged controversy requires family education and outreach to schools, organizations that cater to youth, collaboration between public company’s and private sector donations, in order to curtail significant health risks to the medical system and the future of youth.
In a public/private sector partnership, the Future Generation Project foundation has developed an 8-week boot camp called Gen Fit Life for families who are “generationally obese”. Through this partnership, student and their parents undergo stringent results oriented fitness, nutrition and education classes directed by credentialed medical and training staff whose sole purpose is to re-create the family health dynamic and stave off obesity at an early age.

Rachael Michalski
A native of Bellevue Washington, Mrs. Michalski has been engaged in community, business and social services through a strong family unit with a purpose-driven life. Rachael’s background includes the family fitness business, founded by her father, Neil Schober, who has spent over 35-years developing some of the nation’s most well known and successful fitness clubs.
Their active outreach and highly credible stance in the industry has lead to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to giveback to communities across the country with an unparalleled program and foundation called, Future Generation Project, a 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to helping solve childhood obesity. Her determination is to help fight a future epidemic through her passion for undeserved families.
Rachael is the vice president of Future Generation Project (FGP). She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science in 2005. With a background in sales and marketing with purpose driven initiatives in non-profit and for-profit companies, Ms. Michalski excels at integrating both public and private sector partnerships with cause-related objectives.
Over the last several years, her work in community development, college student mentoring and inner-city outreach in Seattle has dovetailed with the Future Generation Project’s mission to solve childhood obesity through fitness, mentoring, nutrition and family education.

Dr. Jim Farris
PT, PhD.
Advisor, mentor, advocate. As a professional advisor to The Future Generation Project Foundation, Dr. Jim Farris has proven his passion for the prevention of childhood obesity and its causes. He received his bachelor’s degree in Physical Education in 1987 and his master’s degree in Exercise Science in 1989 from California State University, Fresno. His doctoral degree was conferred by The Ohio State University in 1995, where his studies focused on nutrition and the physiology of exercise. Dr. Farris taught physical therapy in 1996 at Arkansas State University and received his physical therapy degree in December 1999 as well as a PT license in 2000. Fitness and nutrition are paramount aspects of his research interests delving into childhood obesity and prevention of related cardiovascular disease risk factors. Today, he is a faculty member of prestigious ATSU faculty, bringing 14 years integrated wellness curriculum including therapeutic exercise, cardiopulmonary, physiology and prevention. A champion for families experiencing the obesity epidemic, Dr. Farris has demonstrated developing a program that exercises the crucial balance between the obese child and family dynamic in order to obtain positive change and results.

Deborah Enos
Certified Nutritionist
Certified Nutritionist, also known as “The One-Minute Wellness Coach” is one of the most popular wellness coaches on the West Coast. Specializing in working with busy people, like you, she often became frustrated reading nutrition books that advised complicated, almost impossible diet programs that are rarely effective. She knew that getting and staying healthy could and should be easier. Deborah is the author of the popular book Weight a Minute! Transform Your Health in 60 Seconds a Day. Like a prospector, Deborah pans through the mountains of available health information to uncover the true gold.

Neil Schober
Project Developer
Veteran, expert, teacher. Neil is a seasoned professional in the fitness industry, with over 40 years of experience in both owning and operating profitable companies. He has been on the forefront of the evolution of fitness and has dedicated his life to helping others achieve health results. In Neil’s passion for fitness he also has a heart to give back. Through all of his companies he has always dedicated his time, finances and employee efforts to charities, whether food drives or creating fitness clubs in homeless shelters and rehabilitation centers. His leadership has been vital in the development of the Future Generation Project and his commitment serves to help reach as many kids and families as possible in America.

Mark Reavley
Adviser
Born and raised in a small coal-mining town in Hotchkiss, Colorado, Mark Reavley earned his Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado.
Mr. Reavley has made health and wellness the cornerstone of his professional and personal life. As an athlete he enjoys football, wrestling, baseball and regular weight training. As a professional Mr. Reavley has more than a decade of practical experience within the fitness industry. He has worked as a successful personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, corporate health and wellness coordinator, fitness director and as an executive as Vice President of Fitness for a large health club chain.
With fitness being a true “labor of love”, Mark has played an integral role as a consultant for our current programs including the Gen Fit Life Boot Camp and the Future Generation Project that deal directly with the health and wellness of our children, families and the community at large through education, inspiration and empowerment.
With a history and education in sports and fitness, Mr. Reavley is the epitome of a true professional in the ever expanding fitness industry. Mr. Reavley currently lectures for Arizona State University in the Exercise and Wellness Program within the College of Nursing and Health Innovation where he specializes and mentors students in the key areas of Program Development and Leadership.
