A simple start… write down what you eat!

Studies show that people, who write down what they eat, lose twice as much weight as those who don’t keep track.  Download a food log here,  and start writing down what you eat, even if it is just a couple of days a week. Also, talk to yourself about your nutrition program, this will help you understand more about your food intake.

Food logs help you monitor what you put into your body—you don’t even realize everything that you are consuming until you write it down!  It is important when writing down what you eat that you do not skip anything – from soda to burgers.  It is a great way to learn where you are and how to help yourself get healthy!
